Valley Athletic Club 24x7x365. Valley Athletic Club has been in business in Fort Valley, GA since 1992. The gym is located on hwy 341 in Fort Valley across fro Subway and Domino's. I hope the videos that you find over time at this site, will be informative in showing you how easy and uncomplicated the basics of exercise is to learn and then put to practice. I also want these videos to make you comfortable with the inside of a gym, "its not a scary place" but simply a place that members come to with multifaceted goals and ambitions.
